Wellness + Healing Consultation (Initial Visit) + 1 Follow-Up
 
As a Wellness Advocate, Prophetic Guide, Medical Intuitive and Healer, my work goes beyond traditional health consulting. I can prophetically scan the body and all it’s systems and identify where illness, disease or imbalance first begins, bringing together both Eastern and Western approaches for true healing.
 
This package is ideal for those who want continued support and accountability while integrating new changes and healing. This is for anyone and can include a parent for a child's healing path, as well. This protocol can be seamless, by working alongside your current medical team and professionals.
 
What’s included:
Pre-Consultation Paperwork: You’ll receive intake documents including a disclaimer, Initial Interview Questionnaire, Food & Mood Journal, and Nutritional Questionnaire. You may share past lab work, though it’s not required.
Initial Consultation (60 minutes - Phone): Together we will review your health history, labs (if available), your Food & Mood Journal, and Nutritional Questionnaire. We’ll also explore lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and movement.
Personalized Plan: I will provide intuitive and science-based recommendations including nutrition, lifestyle, and activation/supplement protocols. We’ll also discuss energetic imbalances and how to bring the body back into alignment.
Healing Protocol: Activation/Supplement Protocol: A guide will be created to support your specific needs with trusted resources and products.
1, 60 Minute Phone Call (Scheduled 2-3 weeks out from initial visit): These allow us to refine your plan, track your progress, and provide additional healing support. Extra follow-up visits may be purchased separately.
BONUS: 2 Email Follow-Ups (Within Your Program) These allow follow up, encouragement and touch base for any insights within your program.

Session Policies & Guidelines
Please review the following policies prior to your session. By booking, you agree to the terms below:
Each client is allowed one (1) reschedule per session. Additional changes may require a new booking.
A completed intake form and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy are required before your session can take place.
Only the paying client may attend the session. Observers, including friends or family members, are not permitted, as their presence can interfere with the energy and focus of your personal healing.
No refunds, exchanges, or transfers are offered for any session or service.
Gift cards or gifted sessions must be pre-approved by Mindie or a member of her team.
Mindie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session at her discretion.
