You need • We use all Organic
1 XL Red Onion
1 Cup Water (We use Berkey Water System)
1 Cup White Wine Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
3 Teaspoons Salt
Thinly slice onions and push to the bottom if glass mason jar tightly!
Gently bring to simmer other ingredients, for about 5 minutes, until ingredients dissolve.
Slowly pour mixture over pressed onions. Repeat the pressing process of the onions to release air bubbles.
Let sit on counter, until room temperature about 20-30 minutes. At this point, they are ready to eat!
Close lid and refrigerate up to 2-3 weeks!
Use on salads, buddha bowls, tacos, nachos and even break omelets! So many options and so good for your body's immune system!
